Our Farm

Drumcovitt’s farmland extends to 250 acres of grassland and rough grazing. The farm used to grow a mixture of arable crops (flax, spring barley and potatoes) and livestock (mainly sheep with some beef cattle), however, the combination of wet summers and relatively heavy land means that the farm is best suited to its current uses of grazing sheep and dairy followers and growing grass for silage to be used as winter feed for a local dairy farmer.

Every month we try and provide an update on what is happening on the farm via our News page.
