Prices
Please note that our rates are fully inclusive of bed linen and towels (beds are made up when you arrive!), heating, electricity, WiFi, logs for the wood burning stove and cleaning upon departure. There are no additional charges for items such as high chairs and baby cots, or use of the guest library (books and games).
Seasons:
- High Season: Christmas, New Year, Easter, Halloween, July and August
- Standard Season: Remainder of the year i.e.: January, February, March, April, May, June, September, October, November and December.
Please note we are currently operating a minimum of three nights' stay during High Season and a minimum of two nights' stay during Standard Season / the remainder of the year due to the requirement for enhanced cleaning and spacing of bookings to operate safely.

Payment
A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to confirm self catering reservations and this amount will be deducted from the final account.
Payment is online via PayPal and we do also accept cash, preferably GBP (£) Sterling.
